Excellent for those with very young children - situated approx 200 yards from the sea

Just a few minutes walk up a gentle slope from the pier, the house is full of period features and has a real sense of the past about it. Overlooks woodland to the front and rear, sits beside the old walled garden of the castle.

Garden House features include :

	sleeps eight in 1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 double bunk room
	Sitting/Dining Room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom
	ideally situated for exploring the interior of the island, but still within easy reach of the sea

Pricing

Garden House	Dates	Price
Low Season	March 1st to May 24th and August 30th to October 25th including 17’ assault craft or equivalent with outboard motor	£420 per week
High Season	24th May to 30th August including 17’ assault craft or equivalent with outboard motor	£570 per week

Additional costs - gas used during your stay (typically around £40 per week) and Outboard Fuel for the boat. This depends a lot on use, but during the summer most people use around £25 worth of boat fuel during a week.

DOGS - Charged at £15 per dog per week
