This spacious house is great for those who like to be within easy reach of the sea and all the happenings of island life. Exploring the island and the surrounding seas, and visiting the mainland could not be simpler.

Pricing

Pier House	Dates	Price
Low Season	April 3rd to 22nd May and August 28th to October 30th including 17’ assault craft or equivalent with outboard motor	£465 per week
High Season	22nd May to 28th August including 17’ assault craft or equivalent with outboard motor	£625 per week

Additional costs - gas used during your stay (typically around £40 per week) and Outboard Fuel for the boat. This depends a lot on use, but during the summer most people use around £25 worth of boat fuel during a week.

DOGS - Charged at £15 per dog per week
